Goodbye March.

March went by quickly. Nothing really happened except for my constant receiving of work. Cool.
It was definitely better than February. I didn't create a blogspot back then, but I'm sure you didn't want to see how disoriented I was then. I couldn't handle the stress or the work placed upon me. But I got through it. Barely. ;D
Anyways, I'm sure April will be better. Tomorrow's the beginning of a brand new 30 days. Not only is it April Fool's Day (YES.), but it's also the day before the seniors go to Disney World. And last year, they played Disney music between classes before last year's seniors went. I'M EXCITED. :) LOL. April's also going to be good 'cause of spring break. <3 Can't wait. AND because of all of the sports going on! March Madness is ending, NBA playoffs, NHL playoffs, AND MLB starts again! :) It's official, I'm changing out my least favorite month from April to February. Lol. I got lots to do now though! Anyways, today was okay. In APUSH, we listened to a doctor talk about all of these diseases and stuff. o__o. It wasn't as interesting as the rabbi yesterday though. Lol. In pre-calc, we were learning about like ellipses (I don't understand why we're doing conic sections if we did them in Algebra 2 like two years ago...?), and the only thing keeping me awake was how Cory turned my gum wrapper into a Loch Ness monster. LOL. <3 I showed it to Emily in chemistry, and so we named it Nessy. :) Lol. We're creative. The health quiz was really easy. I was done all 40 questions within like 5 minutes. Wah, I just got really sidetracked. Lol. Alright, back. I went to reading buddies, only to find out I didn't have a buddy this week. THAT'S COOL. /foreveralone. Two other people also didn't have a buddy, so we ended up stamping bookmarks for like 30 minutes. FUN STUFF. -___-"

I need to work on this essay/study for chemistry! I promise I'll be fully back once this quarter's over/once it's finally spring break! Byee!

CRAP. I should go. Bye guys, by the time it's Friday, I'll be barely functioning from all of this lack of sleep.
(3.5 hours yesterday, 5.5 hours today. Shoot. T-T)

Maybe we've been living with our eyes half open,

Today sucked. Lol. So I went to sleep at around 2AM and woke up at 5:30. KCOOL. I'm so exhausted.

In study hall, we watched Cory draw. LOL, it was hilarious. In APUSH, we took our test. Man, we all failed. Like the highest grade apparently was a 92. I didn't do so well. Lol, but I still have an A...weird. Then we got to chem, and there's no teacher again. o__o. Dude, we were supposed to have a test today! Now what's gonna happen? Haha. I don't think we're going to have it tomorrow 'cause they're not allowed (juniors have more standardized testing). We'll see. x)

Alrighhht, I really gotta work and sleep. Hope this week's going well for you~

So I have so much work to do...but I don't feel like doing any of it. T-T
But I really should. Crap.
Anyways, yesterday I got a bank account. :) My parents thought you had to be 16 to get it...but apparently you don't? We needed to cash in the $50 from science fair last week. And then they added some more money into my account. :) And my debit card should be coming soon. Dang, I feel old.
Alright, I have so much to do. 1 chapter of APUSH, 3 chapters of chemistry, a mini-essay, lots of math homework, and so much studying! Enjoy the rest of your weekend guys. :)

Earth Hour

Today, as you may or may not know, is Earth Hour. It's happening worldwide tonight, March 26, 2011, at 8:30PM. Basically what happens is for one hour you turn out your lights to raise awareness of sustainability issues and to allow people all over the world  work together to help this planet.
I think it's a great idea and cause, and I think I'm going to do it. :) So in 5 minutes, it'll be time!

Alright, to sum things up for right now...

Lunch: We had a FIRE DRILL. What. I was walking to guidance with Emily to ask them where the cash box was since it wasn't in the teacher's dining area like they said it was...and then these lights started flashing & the alarm went off. As soon as that happened, all of the big doors in the hallway closed, so we thought we were like locked in or something. o___o. But then I opened the door. Lol. We rushed into the cafeteria. And then all of us eating C lunch had to go outside onto the tennis courts for like 15 minutes. We came back and they gave us some more time to eat and stuff. So after I went to 5th period, only to find that those people that had A and B lunch were already in class. Lol.

Rhapsody: Went to Rhapsody after school. It was pretty cool, I guess. I can't stand listening to poems that rhyme though. It just draws me away from the poem's actual meaning. I mean like it's a nice add-on and stuff, but I think it'd be better without rhymes. We looked through some of my friend's photography, she's really talented. <3 And then I left and went to the library. -__-, I ended up getting some of my research for the APUSH paper done. Yay.

A little update~

Hey guys, I know I said my blog would be completely edited & out of construction by last week, but obvious that hasn't happened yet! Sorry! I'm working on creating a cbox & making sure my blog doesn't look too hideous in IE, b/c this skin is probably meant for Google Chrome. Born This Way

Hellooo~! I've been kind of (not really, but in my terms, yes) inactive. I promise that a few weeks from now, I'll start up again and post all the time. But right now, I have lots of tests to study for, papers to write, and a book to understand/read. Loving the end of the 3rd quarter! <3
But no, really. I'm overloaded with work. I really need a break. Thankfully, spring break's only 3 weeks and a day away! Oh yay.
Today I went to art club for the first time all year. LOL. Andrea and I walked in and she gave us the weirdest look. Lol. But it's all good. :) I started painting a cheetah, it looks like nothing now...but hopefully it'll turn into something good! It's been a long time since I painted last, almost a full year. I don't know how I lasted for so long without it. Touching the paint brush again, mixing the paints, everything, seemed to bring back a sense of nostalgia for me. It's been way too long without art in my life. I'm ready to come back. I have a project in my mind currently, but it'll take a while. I think I'll wait for spring break to come to work on it. :)
Alright, I have a lot of homework to do! ;n; APUSH notes, APUSH paper, pre-calc graphs, American Lit II worksheet, American Lit II paper, chem objectives/written work, French III quiz tomorrow.
AND it's been snowing these past few days. I know right? It snowed yesterday morning while I was going to the APUSH review session, and it was snowing on my way to the bus stop/during 1st period. It's supposed to be spring! ><,, Hopefully your week's going better~ Enjoy!

Late arrival today! :) Wooo, I'm liking this. Juniors still have standardized testing so we get half days :)

So I went to the library to volunteer after school...and right as I was going to leave, they call me back in to find a book. At this point, I'm frustrated and confused. They bring me up to some carts of books and tell me to pick one. I have no idea what it's for...so I asked and apparently national volunteers week is coming up and to honor us volunteers, we get to pick a book out and have our name in it. :D So I didn't recognize ANY of the books...so I picked one with an interesting cover. ;) One Page at a Time by Pat Carr.

Anyways, I NEED to work. Gotta go! Enjoy your weeek!
